About the Service: The service is a modern, purpose-built early learning centre designed with children’s growth, exploration and wellbeing in mind. The program is play-based and child-led, and the service prides itself on building strong, respectful relationships with families, educators and the wider community. With the organisation entering an exciting growth phase, this role offers real scope to influence centre culture and grow into broader leadership over time. The Role: As Centre Manager, you will take ownership of the overall performance and leadership of the centre, including: Overseeing the daily operations of a high-performing early learning service Leading, mentoring and supporting a team of educators Building strong relationships with families, community partners and stakeholders Driving occupancy growth and centre performance Ensuring compliance with National Regulations, NQS and EYLF (including Victorian frameworks) Managing budgets, staffing, rostering, CCS and administration Creating a warm, inclusive and engaging environment for children, families and staff Working closely with the owner and leadership team during the transition into full responsibility About You I’m keen to speak with leaders who bring both operational confidence and a people-first approach. You will ideally have: Experience as a Centre Manager / Centre Director or in a senior leadership role within early childhood A track record of leading teams and supporting occupancy growth Strong knowledge of compliance, NQS, EYLF and regulatory requirements Confidence across budgets, rostering, CCS and centre administration Excellent communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills A transparent, supportive and heart-led leadership style Essential compliance: Working with Children Check, HLTAID012 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, Asthma Management and Mandatory Reporting.
